Responsibilities:
* Develop and Prospect: Identify and approach new clients in your sector.
* Retain and Support: Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with existing clients by detecting their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Resolve customer disputes.
* Convince and Negotiate: Present our services to high-level decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Managers) and close mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Plan and Meet: Regularly travel within your sector to meet clients and prospects. Attend meetings scheduled by the call center and Customer Service, in addition to your own prospecting efforts.
* Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with your team during regular meetings.
* Network and Participate: Maintain your professional network and attend industry events.
* Reporting: Provide reports on business applications, and refer to your regional director for actions and results.
* Business Travel: Frequent travel required for this role.
* Follow Sales Policy: Adhere to the company’s commercial policies.
