Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients
- Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation
- Educate customers on cloud tools, features, and best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed
- Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades
- Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Native/fluent Dutch (C1+)
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology and cloud solutions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
- Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
