Product & Process Service Manager
Are you passionate about driving customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective service solutions? At Sonova, we are seeking a Product Service and Process Manager to shape and implement service concepts for our products on a global scale. Join a cross-functional team that is improving product lifecycle services to ensure high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
Key Respons ibilities
* Design and implement global service concepts for new products, with focus on customer centricity, sustainability, and cost-efficiency
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service strategies align with overall product goals
* Drive sustainability by integrating circular practices and minimizing environmental impact within service processes
* Deploy those concepts in Sonova’s product service centers and coordinate site readiness
* Optimize quality and cost aspects in product service process development
* Take a lifecycle approach to service design—from development to phase-out and end-of-life
* Work cross-functionally with product management, R&D, QARA, OPS, finance, and global service teams to implement solutions
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
master’s degree or MBA is a plus
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven cross-functional project collaboration
* Strong analytical skills and process orientation;
experience with projectmanagement tools and best practices
* Ability to interpret data for decision-making and performance evaluation
* Strong communication skills—able to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple sites and/or regulated industries
* Background in operations, continuous improvement, or medical device industry is advantageous
* Proficient in English and Microsoft Office;
knowledge of ERP tools,German or Spanish is a plus
