Position Summary:
Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication
Key Accountabilities:
* Employee Travel Management
* Maintenance and control of the warehouse
* Registering new providers in SAP
* Shipping of marketing material (e.g. manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents
* Managing internal and external communication
* Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.g. temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution...)
* Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint
* Printing and binding of the BBUU materials
* Request for translations
* Course certificates
Minimum Knowledge for the position:
Advanced degree (University graduate preferably)
English (Advanced level)
Portuguese desirable
