YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You will be the first point of contact for our German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
* You will support our customers over the phone and via email.
* You will excite our customers with your knowledge of our products and services.
* You will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with your friendly and professional work.
* You act as a team player and solve administrative tasks within your team.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* You are fully proficient in German and speak English fluently.
* You have a great passion for service and enjoy assisting customers.
* You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* You have previous experience working with MS Office.
* You enjoy working from home and are willing to do so Monday to Sunday.
