You will own the sales cycle — from the first qualified interaction to closing the deal — with a strong focus on delivering monthly TCV targets. Depending on your focus (Inbound or Outbound), your pipeline will differ — but your mission remains the same: win the deal and create long-term value.Outbound Responsibilities

Take ownership of qualified opportunities from BDR handoff to closeRun deep discovery to understand business needs, pain points, and decision processesDeliver tailored demos and build high-impact proposalsCollaborate closely with BDRs to improve pipeline quality and targetingMaintain accurate pipeline data in Hub Spot to support forecastingContinuously analyze performance and optimize your approach Inbound Responsibilities

Convert a high volume of inbound demos into new businessLead consultative conversations with key stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, CX leaders, Founders)Manage multiple deals across different stages simultaneouslyDrive higher TCV through strategic contract positioningKeep a clean, real-time pipeline in Hub SpotCollaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion ratesContinuously refine your demo and closing strategy Requirements

2–3+ years in an Account Executive or closing role (B2 B Saa S or digital product strongly preferred)Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle — from first meeting to signed contract — and consistently hitting or exceeding quotaLanguages: native-level Italian (Italy role) or Spanish (Spain role) + professional EnglishLocation: based in Italy (Italy role) or Spain (Spain role); available for occasional on-site presenceStrong closing instinct: you know when to push, when to slow down, and how to handle objections without damaging the relationshipCRM discipline: you live in Hub Spot (or equivalent), keep it clean, and use data to manage your pipeline — not just as an admin taskQuota mindset: you track your own attainment and pipeline coverage daily and take full ownership of your numberConsultative approach: strong discovery skills, ability to connect prospect needs to tangible value, and comfort navigating multiple stakeholdersResilience and ownership: comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where results are visible and performance is expected Nice to Have

Experience selling to e-commerce, retail, marketing, or customer experience teamsFamiliarity with Whats App Business API, conversational commerce, or marketing automation platformsFluent Italian speaker (for the Spain role — useful for internal collaboration with the Italy team)Understanding of Saa S metrics: TCV, MRR, churn, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rate Bonus Points

Experience closing deals with e-commerce, retail, or customer care businessesInterest or hands-on knowledge of Whats App Business, conversational marketing, or AI-powered sales automationStructured approach to the sales process: consistent frameworks, repeatable discovery flow, and methodical objection handlingAnalytical mindset: ability to read your own pipeline metrics, identify where deals are stalling, and diagnose root causes What We Offer
