About the Role
We are seeking a Nordics Digital Content Reviewer to join our team in Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating digital content submitted by users in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines, safety standards, and community policies. Your efforts will help create a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for users across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Review user-generated content in Nordic languages, ensuring adherence to community standards and moderation guidelines.
* Identify and escalate potentially harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
* Apply company policies consistently and fairly in moderation decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including policy, legal, and safety, on complex cases.
* Participate in training and calibration sessions to maintain high-quality standards.
* Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive content.
* Provide feedback on tools and workflows to improve moderation processes.
Requirements
* Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficient in English.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Comfortable reviewing sensitive, potentially disturbing content.
* Strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Legally authorized to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, digital compliance, or related fields.
* Familiarity with online platforms, social media, or community services.
* Knowledge of EU content regulations (e.g., DSA, GDPR) is a plus.
* Additional language skills are advantageous.
