Growth Marketing LeadVirtGold is a fast-growing digital commerce company operating in the global market for in-game assets, currencies, and gaming services. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own revenue-driving marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, pricing, promotions, and retention.This is not a brand-only role. We are looking for a commercially sharp operator who can spot growth opportunities, turn data into decisions, and work cross-functionally to improve revenue.Gaming expertise is preferred but not required, you are required to have a good PC to investigate games and know what people search for, but you do need to learn quickly, understand customer behavior, and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving marketplace.What You'll Own
* Build and execute growth strategy across priority games, categories, and channels
* Improve acquisition, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and category revenue
* Design offers, bundles, and promotional plans based on seasonality, demand shifts, and competitor activity
* Monitor pricing, transaction patterns, market trends, and new game releases to identify opportunities in real time
* Run structured experiments across product pages, offers, funnels, and retention campaigns
* Partner with paid media, design, and operations teams to launch campaigns and site updates quickly
* Turn performance data into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes

* Within 90 days, you have identified the highest-impact growth opportunities across our catalog and launched a clear testing roadmap
* Within 180 days, you have improved key metrics such as conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and revenue in priority categories
* You build a repeatable operating cadence for promotions, reporting, experimentation, and cross-team execution
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in growth marketing, performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, e-commerce, or marketplace growth
* Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from performance data, pricing signals, and customer behavior
* Ability to move between strategy and execution without losing speed or rigor
* Clear communicator who can align designers, operators, and performance teams around commercial goals
* High ownership, strong standards, and a bias toward action
* Bonus: familiarity with gaming, MMOs, in-game economies, or digital goods
