Gives support & coaches managers on HR-related topics
* Works closely on a day-to-day basis with managers
* Advises, coaches, and orients managers on HR aspects of their role
Contributes to the operational results of the Site
* Acts as the HR representative for all internal stakeholders
* Ensures compliance with rules by employees, especially regarding safety; participates & contributes to Health / Safety / Environment actions according to the Site Policy
* Manages headcounts (permanent & temporary) in quantity & quality; for Production: participates in PDP and validates temporary needs
* Monitors absenteeism, defines & deploys improvement plans
* Contributes to the deployment of the Site's strategy
* Coordinates, deploys, and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policies
* Participates in organizational evolution projects; proposes organizational changes
* Ensures proper use of Job grading methodology & related C&B applications according to Group referential
* Manages recruitment & onboarding processes according to standards
* Identifies learning needs and actions to develop competencies, considering site, individual, technological, and company requirements
* Defines & arbitrates training actions within budget
* Identifies internal trainers based on training needs & trainer potential
Health, Safety & Working conditions
* Ensures all Health / Security / Environment rules are followed
* Manages risks using QRQC tools
* Follow-up on unfitness situations and adapts work conditions accordingly
* Implements Quality of Life at Work policies and improvement plans
* Supports managers on HR-related health & safety topics
Employee Engagement
* Contributes to V5000 self-assessment and improvement
* Applies and promotes the 5 Axes Methodology and employee engagement
* Participates in the Site 5 Axes Committee to suggest improvements
Employee relations
* Maintains or improves social climate and relations with Union representatives
* Implements actions & communication on Employee relations aligned with HR strategy
* Supports the Site HR Manager as needed
Communication
* Coordinates internal communication actions per Site plan
Personal administration & data management
* Ensures compliance with HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance, vacations, etc.)
Learning specific missions
* Acts as interface between Managers and Learning stakeholders (Country Learning manager, Division HR, VTIs, etc.)
Time attendance / Payroll specific missions
* Validates Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or delegation
Internal communication specific missions
* Leads communication to employees & managers within the Site
Well-being specific missions
* Leads & facilitates the Quality of Life at Work Committee
* Implements Well-being improvement plans
Employee Engagement specific missions
* Implements the 5 Axes foundations action plan
* Serves as Talent Development referent for the Site, coordinating with Group, Division, and stakeholders
* Coordinates Talent Development campaigns (e.g., Annual appraisals)
Talent Acquisition & Campus Management specific missions
* Organizes local Campus Management actions and participates in events to promote employer branding with the TAC Manager
Position Requirements
* Business & Administration Degree, Master's or similar
* Skills in Google Drive and programming
* Passionate about HR topics
* Result-oriented with teamwork in an international environment
* Professionalism and transparency
* English proficiency at C1 level and local language skills
* Onsite position, preferably from the area
