This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering strategic influence and hands-on leadership, integrating global HR frameworks into local execution and driving measurable business outcomes.Reporting to the Head of HR Iberia, the role owns the full HR cycle; spanning talent, performance, workforce planning, organizational culture and development, with a strong focus on anticipating future scenarios, mitigating people-related risks, designing data-driven people initiatives and executing key priorities in culture, engagement, climate and sustainability.** What You’ll Do****Strategic HR Business Partnering*** Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned functions across Spain and Portugal, advising on organizational development, talent strategy and people risk management.

- Partner with leaders to diagnose capability gaps, design people plans and support decisions that drive performance and productivity.
- Identify, assess and mitigate people-related risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance frameworks.
- Change Management, Cultural Transformation & Organizational Design*** Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives using structured methodologies: stakeholder engagement, adoption plans, communication and impact measurement.
- Act as a key agent of cultural transformation, fostering high-performance culture and embedding new ways of working aligned with business strategy.
- Support workforce planning, incorporating scenario forecasting and data-based talent roadmaps as input to organizational design decisions.**Advanced People Analytics & Digital Capability*** Design predictive models for headcount, rotation and capacity risks; HR Processes & Annual Cycles*** Lead local execution of HR processes for Spain and Portugal, including:
- Performance & Development Planning (PDP)* Talent & succession reviews* Salary Review, Engagement surveys and action planning* Ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, on time, and with governance aligned to internal controls and audit standards.**Talent, Capability & Organisational Development*** Drive talent identification, succession planning and leadership development across Spain and Portugal.
- Strengthen leadership capacity of managers in change leadership, performance management and organizational adaptation.**Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Manage complex interactions with business leaders, integral and regional teams and corporate areas, ensuring alignment and coherence.
- Collaborate with CoEs (Reward, Talent, DEI) and Talent Acquisition to adapt global programs, prioritize critical roles and strengthen employer branding.**Accountability & Autonomous Management*** Develop diagnostics and proposals for decision-making in strategic forums, ensuring rigor and alignment with global corporate standards.
- Exercise autonomous management, proactively identifying risks, prioritizing activities and ensuring delivery of results in critical business initiatives.**** **What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with strong HR Business Partnering exposure.
- Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese labor law.
- Experience delivering HR annual cycles and organizational change.
- HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred) and strong HR analytics capability.
