IT Procurement Internship
Location: Bilbao
Job Description
* Data maintenance and quality improvement (e.g. data cleaning, harmonisation of naming conventions, preparation and upload of data in procurement tools such as Zycus)
* Support in spend and reporting activities (e.g. preparation of basic spend reports, consolidation of procurement data, identification of inconsistencies)
* Operational procurement support (e.g. tracking of offers, purchase orders and invoices, supplier data updates, preparation of documentation)
* Contract and documentation support (e.g. structuring contract repositories, preparing summaries and tracking key dates such as renewals)
* Support in sourcing and project activities in alignment with the students expertise (e.g. preparation of RFQ/RFI templates, consolidation of supplier responses, creation of comparison overviews)
* Process standardisation and documentation (e.g. supporting the development of templates, improving documentation quality and internal transparency)
Requirements
* Business / Procurement / Economics student
* English B2 or higher
