An international dynamic Fintech company is looking for a finance professional to join the finance team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will take ownership of key areas including strengthening internal controls, ensuring IFRS compliance, coordinating audits, and driving core financial processes such as budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk oversight.

Job Responsibilities
* Ensure strong internal financial controls and continuously improve reporting processes.
* Review IFRS financial statements (BS, P&L), including revenue recognition and consolidation.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Oversee accounting-related teams and external consultants (payroll, tax, payments).
* Manage reconciliations (bank, intercompany, GL) and ensure data accuracy.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial risk monitoring.
* Mentor and supervise two team members, supporting their development and day-to-day performance.
Required Hard Skills and Education
* 3–5 years' experience as Financial Controller, Reporting Specialist, or similar role.
* Experience managing teams and working with external auditors.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, consolidation, and revenue recognition.
* Experience with ERP/accounting systems and good MS Office/Google Sheets skills.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CFA is a plus.
* Fluent in English; experience in multi-country structures is an advantage. xsgfvud
