The primary goal of this role is to influence customers to adopt contact lenses by generating new users. This involves changing the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities for growth.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and specifics of various channels, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
* Apply basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale management, and data analysis.
* Execute Job Business Plans (JBP) defined for each Key Account (KA).
* Build the Misight category and promote it to ECPs, encouraging them to improve children's lives.
* Coverage plan execution, adhering to customer segmentation and sales process determinants.
* Nurture relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Add value to the team by being an effective member and contributing to its success.
* Understand CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend conferences and training sessions as required.
