What You’ll Do
You will collaborate across the People & Culture department and contribute to impactful initiatives, including:
* Support communications and change management projects: Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of campaigns and initiatives.
* Coordinate with external partners: Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.
* Editorial calendar management: Participate in scheduling and content coordination.
* Measure impact: Track activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.
* Event coordination: Support the organization of internal and external events that foster engagement and culture.
What We’re Looking For
Education
* Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We’re flexible!
* Postgraduate studies are a plus but not required.
Skills & Knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and experience managing SharePoint sites.
* Familiarity with Canva for content creation.
Experience
* Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in communications or related roles.
