The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, outdoor pools, and an indoor pool. Our resort is looking for an open-minded and service-oriented person to strengthen the technical services department as a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d).
What you can expect
* Ensure compliance with all local and company regulations.
* Daily monitoring of the condition of the apartments after a departure
* Take charge of the maintenance of the hotel's machinery and systems.
* Repair of defective machinery and installation
* Repairs of minor defects
* Record the data on the development and results of the work.
What you bring along
* Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
* Ability to work independently
* Knowledge of German or English will be valued.
* Electrician training
* Basic skills in plumbing and carpentry.
* Immediate availability
