We assist both buy-side and sell-side clients by analyzing and providing insights on all financial assumptions, ensuring peace of mind for corporate and financial buyers.

1. Financial due diligence projects for both acquirers and vendors, including private equity and major corporate clients.

4. Supporting clients with price adjustment analysis and definitions.
Requirements
* Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* 2-3 years of experience in audit.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Data analytics experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus.
* Flexibility to travel.
