Role
* Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
* Configuring and preparing video conference rooms.
* Organizing and inventorying the warehouse.
* Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
* Installing software and other scripts.
* Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
* Performing other IT-related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
* Documenting and constantly communicating with different on‑site or remote teams.
* Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites.
Necessary Knowledge
* Google Suite
* Service Now
* Microsoft Office
* Windows
* iOS
* Experience of at least 2-3 years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment
* Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
* Driving licence required

* Permanent and full-time contract, Monday - Friday 40hours/week coverage with the possibility of on-call or weekend interventions
