Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency, working with some of the biggest names in the tech sector. We provide free transport from Moncloa, and you can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the office, unwind with a yoga class at lunchtime and train with our fitness class after work. The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to the IT managers. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.
In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four week onboarding process, taking place at our office in Las Rozas, to prepare you to excel as a BDR. This not only encourages consistent high performance but also provides a pathway for professional growth within the organization.

Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.
