Position Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success & Optimization team in Barcelona.
This role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of clients, improving account performance, and driving long-term business growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven optimization.
Your Key Objectives
* Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking business clients
* Act as the main point of contact for account strategy and performance
* Identify optimization and upselling opportunities
* Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations
* Conduct regular account reviews and business check-ins
* Monitor KPIs and ensure client retention and satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Native or fluent German (C1–C2)
* Good command of English
* 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and client-focused
* Eligible to work in Spain
