Main responsibilities
Participate in analysis and development of marketing automation and martech solutions.
Implement and develop infrastructure for Marketing Cloud development.
Analyze clients' marketing and technology needs, contributing to system communication processes through development.
Perform technical and marketing tasks related to automation.
Develop processes for cloud-based marketing automation solutions.
Launch automation processes suitable for cloud implementation.
Ensure smooth operation of automated communication processes and provide consulting services.
Activate automated communications to meet client needs across touchpoints.
Implement technological advances and marketing solutions.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in marketing automation tools.
Document processes and monitor system performance.
Work on cloud integrations using programming languages such as Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, and APIs.
Adhere to software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience with Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
Experience in HTML and CSS development.
Salesforce certifications are considered an asset.
