We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will work closely with a team of three marketing professionals and act as the main liaison with international partners and subsidiaries.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background who also brings a solid understanding of product development and technical features, helping to connect product strategy, market insights, and communication in a company dedicated to the manufacturing of Professional AV, Broadcasting, and Videoconferencing cameras .
Main Responsibilities
* Team Coordination: Coordinate a team of 3 marketing professionals, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with brand strategy, company objectives, and the expectations of a professional AV manufacturer.
* International Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for marketing teams in partner companies and subsidiaries worldwide, fostering consistency and collaboration across campaigns and communications.
* Campaign Management: Ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, webinars, offline media, etc.), ensuring that content, timing, and messaging align with company goals and product positioning.
* Content Creation & Management: Production of high-quality content for websites, newsletters, landing pages, blog posts, press releases, and social media channels, ensuring it is technically accurate, relevant, and engaging for our professional AV audience.
* Event Management: Lead the organization of online/offline events, trade fairs, and promotional activities, including logistics, supplier management, and onsite execution.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, etc.), generating insights and recommendations to enhance ROI and lead generation.
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct benchmarking and competitor research within the professional AV and videoconferencing industry to identify trends, opportunities, and potential differentiators.
* Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure alignment in communications, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Product & Technical Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Support to build and maintain strong customer relationships;
product demonstrations for clients, staff, and stakeholders to communicate product benefits effectively.
* Product Development Support: Contribute to the development and documentation of new products from a marketing and competitive insight perspective, providing input on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy based on market trends and customer needs.
* Market Insights: Identify customer needs and emerging trends, leveraging insights to support product enhancements and business growth.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work with Commercial and Product teams to develop strategies for product positioning, differentiation, and market expansion.
* Process Optimization: Support and document the product development process, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between technical, commercial, and marketing team
The Ideal Candidate
* Solid knowledge of the professional audiovisual and videoconferencing market (B2B).
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
* Around 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with exposure to both digital and offline marketing activities.
* Previous experience coordinating small teams and/or working with international stakeholders is highly valued.
* Proficient in WordPress, CRM systems (preferably Zoho), and marketing automation/email marketing tools.
* Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
* Content creation skills;
Adobe Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
* Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Hands-on, collaborative, and eager to grow in an international and dynamic environment.
