Your Mission:
As an Energy Sales Manager, you will partner with industrial players and corporations in Southern Europe, understanding their energy needs and providing carbon-free energy solutions to support their sustainable operations.
What will you do?
* Manage customer origination and relationships for energy (power and gas) sales.
* Liaise with brokers, advisors, and marketplace platforms.
* Develop market intelligence, assess customer needs, and identify opportunities.
* Lead cross-functional teams in defining and structuring energy products.
* Obtain quotations and respond to RFPs.
* Negotiate Power / Biomethane Purchase Agreements (PPA/BPA) and Framework Agreements.
* Lead the preparation and negotiation of PPA/BPAs to closure.
* Coordinate transaction confirmation and derivatives registration on EMIR / REMIT.
* Report on sales operations KPIs.
What are we looking for?
* At least 5 years of sales operations experience in commodities or finance sectors.
* Deep knowledge of energy and derivatives markets such as MIBEL, MIBGAS, OMIP, EEX.
* Experience in preparing reports and executive presentations.
* Basic understanding of financial or commodities trading.
* Strong commercial skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Analytical skills and experience with financial models.
* Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
