SEGURA is an industrial group specialized in the design, development, and industrialization of metal parts and components for the automotive industry, mainly through stamping and welding processes.
We currently have 1500 employees, distributed across different plants located in Almussafes (Spain), Vigo (Spain), Szolnok (Hungary), Treuenbrietzen, and Eisenach (Germany), in addition to our headquarters in Paterna (Spain). We are opening a vacancy for a Production Planner with German based in Almussafes.
MISSION:
To implement production planning that, while meeting customer requirements, optimizes resources and aligns with production strategies.
FUNCTIONS:
* Manage all planning inputs (sales orders, forecasts, resource capacity, stocks).
* Create the best feasible plan aligned with the operational strategy.
* Use Preactor-Siemens software as a key tool for MPS and APS.
* Prepare and distribute weekly production schedules / work orders.
* Prepare the daily production plan.
* Assist management in resolving issues such as shipment delays, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and resource constraints.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery performance, internal backlogs, BTS, and stock levels.
Candidate Profile:
* Education: Degree or Bachelor's degree.
* Experience: Over four years in a similar position within the industrial sector.
* Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with Preactor and SAP (highly valued).
* Languages: Fluent in English and German (essential).
* Proficiency in applying MRP logic, scheduling, order policies, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
