Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Host, you will support the delivery of high‑quality service within the contact centre, engaging customers through live chats, calls, and emails. Your responsibilities include responding to queries in Spanish and/or English, managing multiple contacts, and performing tasks across regions.
Responsibilities- Provide world‑class customer service via telephone, email, and online chat in Spanish and/or English.
- Take full responsibility for customer‑related queries.
- Assist with tasks in other regions using company translation tools.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Enter pertinent information into relevant databases.
- Build and manage customer relationships, including cross‑selling of products and services.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by team managers.
Qualifications- Spanish as first language.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work on 24/7 shift rotations.
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) and ability to break complex ideas down.
- Collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Adaptability – stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments.
- Ability to handle complex interactions clearly and effectively.
- Desirable: in‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
- Desirable: previous experience in online gaming or casino industry, with strong understanding of player behaviour and regulations.
- Desirable: familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
- Desirable: experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
- Desirable: experience managing multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
- Desirable: possession of a degree or diploma.
