We are looking for a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting‑edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region.
Opportunity
You’ll be working using best practices of SAP solutions from Human Resources area including Success Factors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems; implement processes in cloud, hybrid and on‑premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approaches and deal with agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will also be to manage the quality of implementation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you'll have a chance to extend your experience by supporting clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and taking part in advisory projects—implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You’ll also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes and coordinate main project tasks.

- Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems.
- Enthusiastically enhance core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
- Willing to work in an international environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
- SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate.
- SAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset.
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
- Hands‑on all data models and knowledge of XML.
- System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint.
- Preparation & execution of test cases / test plans / test scripts.
- Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in standard project tasks: test cases, analysis, documentation.
- Higher education degree.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Preferred additional qualifications
- Other language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.).
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
