In this role you will help shape the Customer eXperience platform by building scalable Java-based solutions that power travel AI-enabled flows. You’ll work in a cross-functional, agile team that values collaboration and rapid delivery. The position offers exposure to modern tech and cloud-native microservices while contributing to product-driven outcomes. You’ll join a high-performing team at a leading travel tech company and have opportunities to learn and advance quickly.

• Work with a modern tech stack (Java 17, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud) to build scalable features
• Develop algorithms and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize customer journeys in travel tech
• Write high-quality, well-tested code following SOLID, TDD and best practices
• Operate in a distributed, scalable microservices environment with daily deployments
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team of 7-10 including POs, UXers, QAs, and data scientists
• Participate in product ideation, workshops, and continuous learning activities
• Own and monitor product and technical OKRs and seek enhancements in technical excellence
Responsabilidades
• Excellent understanding of Java and related frameworks
• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, OOP, SOLID, concurrency, algorithms
• Experience with distributed, concurrent, scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and proactive mindset
• Experience across the software development lifecycle (analysis, UX collaboration, deployment, monitoring)
• Growth mindset and continuous learning attitude
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in large,跨-functional teams
• Good level of technical English for cross-continent xpzdshu collaboration
• Awareness of industry trends and applying them to work
• Product mindset with interest in improving the product
• Team player with willingness to share knowledge
