Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the development team to create prototypes and demos, utilizing AWS tools and services, gathering early feedback from product management, partners, and customers.
* Validate the latest development achievements directly on the AWS platform and ensure their quality through coordination with the software test department.
Innovation and Improvement :
* Bring innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and product functionality, leveraging the latest AWS services and cloud technologies.
* Stay up-to-date with digital trends, new technologies, interface patterns, competitor products, and industry trends to inform product development.
DevOps Culture :
* Foster a DevOps culture within the team, promoting continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI / CD), and infrastructure as code practices.
* Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services on AWS.
Continuous Quality and Security Improvement :
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the team in allocating the necessary priority to automated testing, code reviews and performance testing.
* Prioritize security by integrating best practices in all stages of the development process, including secure coding, regular vulnerability assessments, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Communication :
* Work closely with Product Managers to develop, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for specific areas of the mobile app.
* Compose comprehensive User Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring all paths, including edge cases and error conditions, are considered.
* Partner with the agile team and solution architects to design well architected RESTful interfaces.
Technical Documentation and Development Support :
* Document technical details needed for user stories in collaboration with development teams.
* Work with QA, test, and release teams to ensure features meet the highest quality standards and support market onboarding and test execution.
Agile and SAFe Practices :
* Participate in SAFe program increment planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies to share progress, manage dependencies, and align with other teams.
* Promote Agile best practices within the team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Customer Focus :
* Champion the needs of our customers in every feature, ensuring a customer-centric approach in product development.
* Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve the product.
Required Skills and Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Additional training in AWS certification, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
* Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
* In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles; familiarity with the SAFe framework is a plus.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas: agile development, cloud development, IoT devices, firmware development, data analytics, mobile technologies, and user experience design.
* Strong curiosity and passion for emerging technologies.
* Exceptional customer focus with the ability to champion customer needs in every feature.
