What You'll Do:
* Client Management
• Provide operational account management to small to medium sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements. Grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for the client.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with small to medium-sized clients at all levels from Traffic Manager to CMO.
• Advise on clients’ digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices, articulating that to different stakeholders within the client company. Be seen as a trusted account manager.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Performance Analysis
• Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities. Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions.
• Proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of possible client churn.
• Provide clients with market knowledge to support their long-term development.
• Respond to questions around measurement, specifically incrementality and attribution, guiding them based on their marketing goals.
* Demonstrate Upselling Capacity
• Show effective negotiation skills that positively impact your book of business.
• Use a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, understanding your clients' objectives and pitching relevant solutions connected to their short-term business plans.
* Strategic Portfolio Growth
• Inspire the growth of your clients by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives.
• Create successful campaigns in line with clients' objectives.
• Keep relevant information from interactions with clients in our CRM.
* Project Involvement
• Manage side projects that impact your book of business or team, driving those with support from team lead/manager/peer.
* Learning and Growth
• Be open to coaching and mentoring by peers with experience working with larger clients. Proactively develop your strengths.
Who You Are:
* Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
* Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.
* Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
* Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
* Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
* Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain recommendations.
* Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing related field.
* Strong commercial experience required, ideally both remote (virtual) and in-person.
* Business fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch or a Nordic language would be a plus.
