We are currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Cluster Manager for Spain & Portugal. This role is part of an exciting journey to revolutionize how we manage external spend and costs at Amplifon. The successful candidate will report functionally to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement in Milan, and to the GMs of Spain & Portugal.

The Indirect Procurement Cluster Manager will lead the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, supply assurance, and quality improvements. The role will ensure procurement strategies, processes, and programs align with internal budgets and company objectives, working actively with global stakeholders to leverage knowledge, relationships, and investments effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the key contact for Global Procurement in Spain & Portugal, collaborating closely with the Global Procurement Category Manager.
* Drive cross-country savings initiatives, focusing on Marketing, IT, and Retail sectors.
* Develop and implement forward-thinking sourcing strategies that provide a competitive edge.
* Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to achieve cost reductions, supply assurance, quality improvements, and innovation.
* Establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to understand and fulfill business needs.
* Provide financial support for spend forecasting and budget management.
* Ensure organizational, systems, and process effectiveness within the indirect procurement function.
Education and Experience:
* Master’s degree in Procurement, Business, or related field.
* 7-10 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement within a matrixed environment, familiar with category management.
* Experience managing Marketing spend is a plus (Media, Digital Media, Marketing print, Creative agencies, Contact Center).
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
* Experience negotiating large supplier contracts.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems preferred.
