You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including AI research, product management, engineering, design, and data science—to transform business opportunities into scalable and high-impact AI solutions.This role requires a rare blend of technical fluency, business acumen, and executional leadership. You will serve as a key liaison between C-level executives and operational teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and excellence in delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and own the execution strategy for AI product development in alignment with company goalsTranslate abstract AI innovation opportunities into structured product roadmaps and project plansWork with the executive team to prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibilityProject & Program ManagementLead the end-to-end delivery of AI functionlities—from concept validation to production launchBuild and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and AIDefine and track project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget executionChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement processesStakeholder Communication & AlignmentServe as the key point of contact between leadership, clients, and internal teams for all AI product initiativesCommunicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner to stakeholdersProactively manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project scope, timeline, or qualityExperience collaborating with marketing teams and knowledge of user acquisition across major traffic channelsResource & Budget ManagementAllocate resources efficiently across multiple AI programsCollaborate with finance and HR on budgeting, hiring, and vendor relationships related to AI projectsEvaluate external partnerships, platforms, and tools to accelerate AI deliveryRequirements8+ years of experience in project or program management in a software or tech-driven environment3+ years of experience specifically leading AI / ML projects or product linesProven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software projects from inception to launchStrong understanding of AI / ML concepts, trends, and delivery challenges (you don't need to code, but you should understand how it works)Experience working with agile methodologies, modern project management tools (Jira, Confluence)Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field;
