Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Microsoft solution sales
* Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure)
* Partnership experience with Microsoft to develop business systems or cloud-based solutions
* Proven ability to develop and lead demand generation strategies for Microsoft solutions
* Experience leading Microsoft-centric transformation deals exceeding £2m
* Development of solutions, consulting offerings, and assets to drive repeat sales
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in large consulting or system integrator organizations
* Development of transformation propositions using Microsoft technology
* Extensive Microsoft network at sales level
* Providing coaching and mentoring to team members
Business Development:
* Develop and execute demand generation strategies for key industry markets
* Position and message Microsoft offerings effectively within target industries
* Create innovative commercial constructs
* Manage client relationships for delivery and long-term growth
Business Development – Execution:
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and within client networks
* Develop co-selling opportunities with Microsoft stakeholders
* Act as a trusted advisor on strategic business and technology needs
* Lead contract negotiations ensuring policy compliance
