Test Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager to oversee all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards.
Design effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality.
Assist and support in the execution of test cases, conducting tests when necessary.
Collaborate with our development and business teams to refine and improve testing processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods.
Lead defect identification and resolution processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise.
At least 2-3 years of experience in test management.
Proven experience in designing and executing test cases.
A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed.
Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
Knowledge of the ISTQB Model is an advantage.
Experience working with international and intercultural teams.
