Opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead supply planning processes in a top-tier company committed to excellence in supply chain management. Your work will directly impact global health and well-being, alongside a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the monthly supply planning cycle, including creating and updating supply plans, and incorporating input from relevant stakeholders.
* Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and meet annual targets.
* Conduct regular inventory security checks and develop strategies to mitigate supply risks.
* Prepare supply planning inputs for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget.
* Create and monitor supply KPIs, using them to drive improvement initiatives.
* Ensure supply plans are accurately entered into SAP IBP and SAP ECC systems, and used to inform capacity planning.
* Maintain all supply-related data and parameters in relevant systems.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the supply planning team.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CPIM/APICS certification preferred.
* Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, project management, and operations.
* Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and supply planning best practices.
* Prior people management experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in analysis, root cause analysis, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Advanced user of SAP R/3 MM and PP modules; experience with Business Intelligence systems.
* Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
* Experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
