The ideal candidate for this General Manager position will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand. Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events. Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests. Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential. Sound financial management skills. Ability to manage the location’s P&L and reporting ensuring that all revenue, costs and data is consistent across all channels. It is essential to be up-to-date with and have excellent knowledge of local employment law. Strong problem-solving skills through having ability to identify and develop solutions. Sound understanding of processes and operational efficiency. Ability to motivate and drive the team. A passion for hospitality and customer service. Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management.
