General Description:Reporting to the Asset Integrity Interface Manager, the Asset Integrity Project Engineer will be responsible for managing & delivering project objectives to the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements. The role will require excellent motivation, discipline and organisation skills, the ability to communicate and engage with teams effectively and excellent project management and supervision skills. The role will involve taking responsibility for a variety of projects and at varying degrees of maturity, with responsibility to establish a common approach to delivery aligned to company objectives and processes.Core Main Accountabilities: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projectsCommunicating effectively with team members to interpret their requirements and needsMaintaining quality control and compliance in every aspect of the projectSubmitting reports on project statusFormulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employeesProvide technical support and guidance to the project team membersCoordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are metPreparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.Client interaction and interpreting their needs and requirements for the projectGetting a better understanding of the project and assigning the work role to reliable employeesDeveloping specifications for the projectLiaise with and provide support to the site-based O&M; team, including supporting warranty managementAction and/or prepare processes and procedures to support Asset IntegrityProvide high quality reporting to internal and external stakeholders as required.Required Academic and Professional Experience: A degree in an Engineering discipline is preferred.
