Leadership in forecasting and efficient resource allocation. /lilibPerformance Management: /bMonitoring KPIs and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Implementing corrective actions when necessary. /lilibSales Force Effectiveness (SFE): /bSupervision of subsidiaries’ sales teams and medical visit KPIs, as well as incentive schemes. /lilibCross-functional Orchestration: /bSales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Supervision of local sales teams and medical visit KPIs, as well as incentive schemes. /lilibNegotiation of strategic partners: /bComprehensive management of the agreement cycle, from prospecting to implementation, including negotiation and due diligence. /lilibPortfolio Business Development: /b Driving the growth of the current product portfolio and identify gaps for future expansion.
