Country Manager (Spain) | Multi-Site Hospitality Growth | Spain
This role is for operators who don't sit behind spreadsheets.

We are working with a founder led, multi-site food brand operating in a highly competitive urban market, now entering an ambitious growth phase across Spain.
The business has a strong identity, loyal customer base, and a clear expansion roadmap, and is looking for a senior operations leader to help take it to the next level.
The Role
Reporting directly into the founder, you will hold full accountability for end to end operational performance across a growing estate.
This is a senior, hands on position combining strategic leadership with practical execution. You will be trusted to make decisions, challenge the status quo, and build an operation that can scale responsibly.
Key focus areas include:
* Commercial performance, budgeting and financial discipline
* Operational consistency, standards and site execution
* Customer experience across physical and digital channels
* Talent development and leadership capability
* Governance, compliance and risk management
* Supporting growth through new openings and franchise partnerships
You will lead a capable senior team covering operations, people, marketing, quality and supply chain, while acting as a key partner to ownership and external stakeholders.

About You
You are an experienced multi-site operator who has worked through growth, complexity and change.
You bring:
* Senior leadership experience within branded hospitality or food-led retail
* Exposure to franchised and/or partner-operated models
* Strong commercial and financial ownership at estate level
* A proven ability to operate in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments
* Confidence managing senior stakeholders and external partners
* A practical, resilient leadership style, calm under pressure
* Solid working knowledge of people management and employment fundamentals
* Fluency in Spanish and English
