As a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain changes, including new product introductions, site transfers, and product improvements. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver supply chain, financial, systems, and launch objectives on time, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions for pharmaceutical products (API, drug product, finished goods), focusing on new product launches, tech transfers, and product improvements. Lead cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Logistics) in a matrix environment. Align priorities, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and on budget.Develop detailed project plans, including SKU/code-level tracking, timelines, and performance metrics. Identify and resolve project barriers, making data-driven decisions to keep initiatives moving forward, even in complex or ambiguous situations.Coordinate ERP and master data setup, ensuring system readiness (e.G., UAT, workflow validation) and collaboration with IT teams.Communicate project updates to stakeholders at all levels, translating technical details into clear, actionable insights. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and incorporating industry best practices for quality, compliance, and sustainability.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.Minimum 6+ years in manufacturing supply chain, with 3+ years of recent pharmaceutical experience.Hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain design/implementation (NPI, tech transfer, or product-change programs).Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership in a matrix environment.Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and master data management.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain nodes (API, drug product, finished goods).Clear, proactive communication (written/spoken English) and presentation skills.Structured project management: action plans, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and replanning.Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and execution.Knowledge of English is mandatory.Location: Remote. xohynlmPossibility to join a top-leading company in the industry· Continuous trainings· Possibility to join different and interesting projects
