IT Service Transition & Delivery LeadBackgroundUnilever’s UniOps Transformation agenda incorporates the design and implementation of its Integrated Operations (iOPs) capabilities enabled by technology delivery across global Unilever businesses.iOPs will transform the efficiency and effectiveness with which significant elements of its Customer Development, Supply Chain and Finance operations are delivered.iOPS Technology function within iOPS Programme is ramping up resources to engage Markets (MCOs), Global Technology Platforms and our third- party vendor organisations. The role will sit within the iOPs Technology organisation working closely with Market Activation Squads, Market SMEs, Geo IT, iOPs LT and our partners, to own and deliver an excellent and efficient technology Service to all stakeholders. Ensuring that the Service is delivered in line with the overall iOPs Solution Blueprint and Programme timelines, delivering a seamless transition and excellent end user experience will be crucial to success.Main purpose of job:The role will be responsible for Unilever business and partner engagement, project management and provide end-to-end the delivery of support for all markets. The role location is flexible and will have the opportunity to work with different teams and people located across the globe.Key accountabilities:- Unilever First point of contact for business processes such as Planning, Execute, Collect and Deliver for our users for technical service issues- Unilever Tech Business Partner to users of the iOPs tools ensuring proper support is provided according to SLA’s from the respective support teams/platforms.- Management of BAU Tech Service Issue escalations in relation to:+ End to end for iOPs+ Performance+ Applications+ Accesses- Manage a team of analyst driving service delivery for iOPs, in Plan/Execute/Collect and Deliver areas.- Ensuring their team’s performance is aligned with the iOPs agenda.- Ensuring the development of their direct reports is rich in experience and knowledge.- Consultancy on Data and Information Security topics and hence drive relevant decisions on tech implementations / outsourcing, including continuous improvements- Driving resolution of tech incidents between users and Unilever UniOps teams- Conduct and drive Service reviews and governance meetings to action continuous improvements within the tech Services (where applicable)- Collate, prioritise, manage and track Service improvements as agreed within collaborative Service reviews- Project manage the infrastructure scope of transfers of markets (ie. infrastructure scope) as agreed, primarily but not limited to the plan capability together with iOPs Market Activation teams, Geo IT and tech Service teams- Project management support for transitioning services- Cost control and of review licence and infrastructure cost as agreed per contract, ensuring ongoing situational changes are reflected accordingly- Support and project manage any changes to the tech set up as defined by Unilever- Ensure BCP is in place and ensure ongoing definition of fallback scenarios for different teams according to criticality of business operations- Stakeholder and Change Management for Unilever iOPs LTExperience and qualifications required:- Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, along with demonstrable experience of managing multiple priorities concurrently- Can think independently and objectively, taking decisions under time pressure but with awareness of the iOPs programme demands- Strong infrastructure knowledge would be very advantageous in the specific iOPS technology space- Is up for a challenge and can use own initiative to solve problems across multiple stakeholder priorities providing relevant recommendations to ensure delivery within expected Programme timelines- Confident, strong self-starter, able to voice and articulate concerns, seek detail and build understanding- Ability to build strong relationships within own team, but also with people from other Unilever teams and vendors- Experience in budget management of large projects and financial acumen advantageous- Must have experience of managing senior stakeholders- Must have experience in preparing and presenting service reviews to senior stakeholders- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain technologies and processes would be beneficial- Experience with delivering results in/through a geographically dispersed team, with external service providers, and across different business functions.
