We’re seeking high-caliber SAP Managers and Senior Managers to join our expanding team in Spain. This is a strategic opportunity within a top-tier global systems integrator, working with leading-edge clients on large-scale digital transformations across industries.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of complex SAP programs (S / 4HANA and cloud-based solutions) for global clients.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding SAP strategy, roadmaps, and transformation journeys.
* Drive project governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage and mentor high-performing SAP consultants and technical teams.
* Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
* Collaborate across global delivery centers, industry teams, and technology experts.
* 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with 2+ years in a Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent leadership role.
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or S / 4HANA transformations.
* Experience in one or more SAP domains (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CX, or BTP).
* Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and client engagement practices.
* Fluent English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
* Exposure to or background in Big 4 or leading global consultancy is strongly preferred with European project experience .
