Position OverviewAs a Transformation Engagement Lead, you will shape and execute AI‑driven transformation initiatives across AXA’s global entities, leading change at a integral scale.
Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, build and maintain strong relationships, and translate client needs into actionable project plans.
Project Delivery & Management:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with clients and teams to define transformation goals, develop comprehensive roadmaps, and build frameworks.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams of consultants, analysts, and client personnel.
Change Management & Adoption: Support change management initiatives, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, track KPIs, and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, and develop new approaches for business transformation challenges, especially in AI.
Expected Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience managing large‑scale transformation projects, especially AI transformation.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, in complex projects.
Analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
Business acumen and customer orientation.
Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
International experience is a plus.
Strong interest in AI technologies and a commitment to staying updated.
