** SEGUNDO JEFE DE COCINA OBRADOR DE PRODUCCIÓN **
Principales funciones:
Gestión de equipos de cocina y office junto a la jefe de cocinaOrganización de partidas y tareasAyuda al jefe de cocina con pedidos y proveedoresSeguimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria, APPCC y limpiezaCocinado
CONDICIONES:
Se trabajan 5 días a la semana con 2 libres (muchos lunes a viernes)Turno seguido (casi todo el año de mañana) 7.00 - 16.00 aproxBanda salarial:
25.000 - 27.000 euros brutos anuales.Se pagan todas las horas que se hagan de másPuesto estableComida a cargo de la empresa
Requisitos:
2 años de experiencia como segundo de cocinaExperiencia en cocina de producciónCoche propio deseable (Zona Alcorcón)Estudios específicos de cocina
