Job Summary
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing the warehouse/distribution center to achieve efficient, profitable, and people-centered operations. This position is responsible for managing three departments: Inbound, Outbound, and Online.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levels
* Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loading
* Oversee external warehousing operations
* Manage the operational budget
* Develop and implement innovative solutions, KPI improvements, loss prevention programs, and safety initiatives
* Lead the company's commitment to a zero-accident workplace
* Collaborate with temporary employment agencies to plan staffing levels
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment to drive employee engagement and development
Requirements

* Fluency in both written and spoken English
* A strong understanding of logistics and operations management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
