brPuerto Real, (Cádiz). Mission:
brYou will be responsible for coordinating industrial painting activities at their new site in Puerto Real, (Cádiz). You will supervise an international team throughout the project, ensuring work quality, site safety, and compliance with deadlines.
brKey responsibilities:
brDaily organization of industrial painting tasks: surface preparation, application, visual inspections.
brOperational management of subcontractor teams.
brCommunication with on-site quality and HSE supervisors.
brMonitoring productivity, material consumption, and project progress.
brParticipation in coordination meetings with subcontractors and the end client.
brEnsuring compliance with HSE, ISO, and offshore/marine standards and procedures.
brRequirements:
brEducation: higher technician or similar in mechanics, industrial painting, maintenance, etc.
brLanguages: fluent Spanish (mandatory) ability to communicate in English with basic expressions.
brExperience around two years in industrial painting, ideally in marine/offshore environments.
brKnowledge of anti-corrosion systems, metallization, blasting, and surface preparation.
brExperience in structured and international environments is highly valued.
brSoft skills: leadership and strong organizational skills, intercultural communication, adaptability and teamwork.
