Your Responsibilities
Design and execute the commercial strategy across medical centers and hospitals.
Coordinate and train the national sales representative team.
Build strong relationships with specialist doctors, healthcare managers, and procurement leads.
Oversee the launch and positioning of new products and services.
Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the healthcare sector.
At least 4 years of team management experience in healthcare.
Advanced English (minimum C1 level).
Willingness to travel frequently.
