Are you an Internal Auditor with strong data analytics skills looking to work on group-level audits across multiple European markets?
At Pepco Group, we are strengthening how data analytics supports Internal Audit. We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor – Data Analytics who can combine audit expertise with advanced data analysis to identify risks, improve controls and support smarter business decisions across our international operations.
This is a high-visibility role within the Group Internal Audit function, working directly with stakeholders across different countries.

Your responsibilities
* Use data analytics to support audit planning, fieldwork and risk identification
* Deliver risk-based internal audits across Pepco Group entities
* Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies and potential risks
* Perform data profiling, segmentation and anomaly detection to support audit insights
* Develop Risk & Control Matrices (RACM) and perform control testing
* Conduct interviews with stakeholders and assess process effectiveness
* Prepare audit reports with clear recommendations
* Support IT audit activities and IT General Controls reviews
* Track implementation of audit recommendations
* Contribute to materials for the Audit & Risk Committee
What we're looking for
* Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in internal audit, consulting or similar roles
* 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience
* Strong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Qlik
* Experience working with large datasets and data visualisation
* Solid understanding of internal audit methodology and IT General Controls (experience in retail environments is a plus)
* Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent English
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or Data Analytics certifications are a plus.
