Our client is a fast-growing luxury watch and jewelry brand that combines Swiss precision with captivating design, and is currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist, based presencially in Palma de Mallorca.
This is a hands-on, high impact role where you will execute through the full marketing ecosystem from brand stroytelling to performance. You will be responsible for how the brand shows up across every touchpoint: social, website, paid media, CRM, and PR. From first impression to final conversion, your role is to ensure every interaction feels premium, consistent, and intentional.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and continuously optimizing the brand's website (content updates, product launches, UX improvements, and narrative consistency).
- Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Creating and managing a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Developing and executing email marketing strategies, CRM flows, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyzing customer data and campaign performance to drive smarter, more personalized marketing decisions.
- Monitoring performance across all channels and continuously optimizing for growth, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing websites: preferably Shopify, Sanity, or similar CMS platforms) with a focus on UX and conversion.
- Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns: Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels within premium or luxury environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual judgment skills.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, algorithms, and luxury consumer behavior.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple channels end-to-end.
- Professional level of English.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or specialized training in digital marketing, performance marketing, or data analytics are a plus.
Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in DTC digital marketing and performance funnels.
- Experience managing PR.
Valuable Requirements:
- Experience in watches, jewelry or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Experience working in small teams or startups.
- Knowledge and proficiency in other languages, especially French, will be a plus.
Languages:
- Spanish: Native.
- Professional level in English.
