Responsibilities
- Help full‑time store assistant greet customers and respond to inquiries regarding Xiaomi products.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to fulfill their requirements.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Stay informed about the latest product features and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
- Strong interest in retail, fast learning ability, and a good sense of teamwork and responsibility.
- Able to communicate fluently in Spanish; ability to communicate in English is a plus and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about technology and home appliance electronics.
- Available to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays.
