YOUR PROFILE:
6. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Automotive Engineering.
7. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in powertrain system development or similar automotive technologies, with focus on electrified powertrains.
8. Deep knowledge of hybrid powertrain architectures, including electric motor and battery integration.
9. Experience in managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
10. Technical experience in electronic systems architecture, engine calibration, software, and product design.
11. Ability to manage economic aspects (CAPEX, OPEX, PRF evolution).
12. Familiarity with tools such as SIEMENS NX, CATIA, ANSYS MECHANICAL, NASTRAN, FLOTHERM, FLO EFD, ESATAN, CRUISE M, EXCITE M.
13. Previous experience in defense will be valued.
