The Strategy Consulting division of Axon Partners Group offers first class specialist strategy & operations consulting services in the ICT sector to a wide range of clients, including technology companies, cybersecurity service providers, telecommunications operators and public policy bodies.
Your activities:
* Managing international teams of consultants to execute strategy & operations consulting projects for clients in the ICT sector. These projects typically include the definition and implementation of corporate strategies, operational and business excellence initiatives, and organizational transformation programs.
* Managing communication and interactions with the client’s senior management and CxOs.
* Communicating the outcomes of the project to both internal and external clients through written, graphical and oral presentations.
Your skills:
* Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting (ideally within the ICT sector).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
* Master or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.
* Proven experience working in or with PMOs, including project governance and performance tracking.
* Relevant experience in process reengineering to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ability to manage project portfolios, monitor KPIs, and align initiatives with strategic goals.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).
* High team leadership skills.
* Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
* Empathy and ability to be integrated into multicultural teams.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in English (C1–C2).
* If you speak other languages e.g.: Spanish or Arabic, that would be considered an advantage.
